Trisha's Tribute is supporting St Gemma's Hospice where Trisha became involved, initially as a volunteer, and subsequently as a carer. Her claim to fame was meeting Prince Charles and Princess Diana when they came to visit the Hospice when the Hospice was officially opened. See the video in the gallery and look out for Trisha standing by a bed in her blue uniform as she meets the Princess and then the Prince. In the last few weeks of Trisha's life, a lovely palliative care nurse from St Gemma's came to visit her and oversee the care she was receiving in Gledhow Christian Care Home. Trisha would be proud to know she has helped to raise money for the place she loved and worked.
